The Hammy Open is a privately organized, skill-based fantasy golf contest among friends and invited participants. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any professional golf organization, sportsbook, or gambling operator.

Entry fees are collected to fund a shared prize pool distributed to top finishers at the end of each tournament and season. This contest relies on participants' knowledge, skill, and judgment in selecting golfers, not on chance alone.

Participation is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that participation in a paid fantasy contest is permitted in your jurisdiction.

The Hammy Open does not accept, facilitate, or process sports wagers of any kind. We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not hold a gambling license, nor do we need one.

No bets are placed through this site. No odds are set by this site. The entry fee is a flat participation fee for the fantasy contest, not a wager on any sporting outcome.

This site may display publicly available betting odds and market information sourced from third-party data providers. This information is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes, similar to how major sports media outlets (ESPN, CBS Sports, PGA Tour) display odds alongside tournament coverage.

In the event of a scoring discrepancy, the commissioner's determination is final for all contest purposes.

Prize pool distribution is at the sole discretion of the commissioner and governed by the published rules for each season. Entry fees are non-refundable once the first tournament of the season begins.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the contest: your name, email address, display name, and nickname. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Leaderboard standings and nicknames are visible to all participants. If you have questions about your data, contact the commissioner directly.
